Certification forms have been sent to all rectors. The deadline
for submitting a list of authorized lay delegates for
the 175th Diocesan Convention is November 1, 2005.
This convention will be held in Florence, Alabama
February 23-25, 2006 and hosted by Grace Church,
Sheffield, St. Bartholomew's and Trinity.
Hotel arrangements have been made at the following
facilities: The Marriott Shoals Hotel and Spa &
The Hampton Inn.
The Marriott Hotel reservation number is 800 266-9432

The room rate is $99.00 + tax.
The Hampton Inn is approximately 2 miles away from the
meeting facility. The reservation number is 256-764-8888

The room rate is $70.00 + tax.
These rooms are reserved at a special rate and will only
be available until January 23, 2006.
